girlzfromnowhere: Beyond Boundaries: Between Peaks and Paths

In the following photos, I aim to provide an insider’s perspective on two fascinating worlds that, at some point, intersect through their similarities: the Ski Instructor world and the Bike Courier world. Being both a ski instructor and a former bike courier, I am deeply rooted in these dynamic scenes.

These professions may seem distinct at first glance, but they share a lot in common. Both take place in outdoor settings. Whether teaching a ski lesson or delivering a package, you rely on the ‘Dispo’ to keep things moving. There’s a unique rhythm to each day, where teamwork often blends with individual hustle. Success in these roles demands not only speed and efficiency but also quick thinking and adaptability, no matter the weather. You show up and give your best, embracing a lifestyle where making money takes a backseat to the thrill of the ride. Once you immerse yourself in these worlds, it becomes challenging to let go; even when you move on, you’ll always feel a connection to the community.
