Chetan Shashi Suresh Dodwad
Chetan Shashi Suresh Dodwad hails from the city of Kolhapur in the Maharashtra state of India. Being a HR Consultant and Soft Skills Trainer by profession, he embraced photography in 2018 at the age of 47, when he joined a group named Kolhapur Amateur Photographers Association. The Lockdown of 2020 opened a world of wisdom for him through the virtual talks by Indian and Global photography icons that reshaped his approach. Despite starting so late, within a very short span he has secured awards and publications in magazines. The Latest being, a finalist in the XPOSURE 2024 International Photography awards, Sharjah which is one of the major International photography competitions and a very tough one. He loves to delve into Street Photography due to its complexities and challenging nature. Travel and Culture Photography are other genres which he loves. He recently completed a Documentary Photography Certificate course in November 2023, and now aims to fuel his passion for deeper exploration.
