What you see in these pages is my photographic vision, of what I want to represent and how I interpret art.
Images 1 to 6 CHIAROSCURO project are my photographic debut. I have always admired Caravaggio’s work and since I was a child I developed a strong attraction towards chiaroscuro, which I wanted to use in photography to talk about topics dear to me, such as equality, freedom and justice.
Photographs 7 to 10 are part of the EPHḖMEROS project, “Mannequins” series, which aims to draw attention to the fleeting nature of our lives. On how little we focus on what happens to us on a daily basis. Everything is now marked by time dictated by social networks, capable of swallowing and eliminating our memories at the speed of a reel.
Photographs 11 to 16 belong to the LÁGRIMA ROJA project, which deals with the theme of depression, a profound internal discomfort that is often hidden. The intense red of the tear in fact represents loneliness, which people who suffer from it often suffer from.
Finally, photographs 17 to 20 are taken from the IO INSOMNIA project, dedicated to epistemic curiosity, the desire to experiment, to evolve and to be unique and recognisable.
