Marin Margeta: Entropy

Photographing entropy is no small feat. My goal is to convey the sense of decay and disorder that permeates the industrial zone. I try to capture not just the physical deterioration but the emotional resonance of a space once full of life and now left to the whims of nature and time. The challenge lies in finding beauty in the disarray, in framing the chaos in a way that evokes both the past and the present. 

Through my lens,I do not only document the physical state of the industrial zone but also evoke a sense of nostalgia and reflection. My photographs serve as a reminder of the impermanence of human achievements and the inevitable return to entropy. They invite viewers to consider the life cycles of cities and industries, and the transient nature of human endeavor. 

By capturing the entropy of the industrial landscape, I try immortalize the fleeting beauty of the forgotten, turning the chaos of decay into a powerful artistic statement. Through this photo series, the industrial zone becomes a testament to the passage of time, a bitter reminder of the delicate balance between creation and destruction.
