Massimo Deriu – The end of the world
All images were taken with a Leica CL Bauhaus. With this project I want to take you to Ushuaia, an Argentine town located at the southern end of the country in the archipelago of Tierra del Fuego, nicknamed “the end of the world”. Often windswept, Ushuaia is built on a steep hill and is surrounded by the Martial Mountains and the Beagle Channel. A distant, legendary and often unknown land. In these images you can find: – the southernmost post office in the world; – the train of the end of the world; – the prison of Ushuaia; – the Beagle Channel; – the Isla Mirtillo
